Free entry: on the first Sunday of every month; “Muséum Pass Musées” card-holders; holders of valid MUSEo SOLO and DUO cards; RSA beneficiaries; children under 12; history of art students and teachers at the University of Lorraine, the École du Louvre, ARTEM, the Nancy School of Architecture, the Condé School, Nancy; those accompanying groups of children (1 adult per 7 children); “ Jeunes Nancy Culture” card-holders.
Access for visitors with mobility impairments :
The museum has lifts and slope to enable people with mobility impairments to visit the collections without difficulty.
Access for those with sensory disabilities :
The application linked to the visit may be downloaded free onto your phone or is available at the museum reception desk. It offers a French Sign Language itinerary. A magnetic loop is also available for the hard of hearing. In addition, special tours may be organised for the partially-sighted.
Museums for everyone
The Nancy museums visitor department offers special tours for people without access to culture due to social or disability issues. Tours or workshops, facilitation is made-to-measure, following discussions with associations or institutions.

In 2005, the musée des Beaux-Arts de Nancy was awarded the “Tourism and disability” label for physical, hearing, mental and psychological disabilities and was a winner of the “Museums for everyone” prize in 2009.
